Our Team

Elana R. Levine

Elana R. Levine graduated from Southwestern School of Law in 2004 and has been licensed to practice law in California. Her practice focuses on wage and hour, as well as consumer law. She is devoted to obtaining fair labor standards for California workers, including obtaining overtime compensation, minimum wage, and compensation for missed meal and rest periods. Ms. Levine is a frequent contributor to various legal publications.

Brian Levine

Brian Levine graduated from Southwestern School of Law in 2007.  He has litigated numerous individual cases, as well as complex class and representative actions in state and federal court, resulting in recoveries for thousands of Californians.  Mr. Levine's practice focuses on labor and employment, as well as consumer protection law.
